Currently focusing in Merger & Acquisition of Companies, Public Listed company corporate works, Project Financing, Renewable Energy Project financing, alternative financing, Private investment in Public Equity, Convertible Bond and Convertible Note for Equity, Corporate Restructuring, business development. Mr Chan is also involving in OTC Markets, SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) listing and acquisition, acquisition and take-over of Public Listed company and other stock exchanges.
